I am sort of alive. more or less. i apologise for absence in lessons and meetings this week - very drained and fairly ill. still, very much better now. bash bid continues, however it will cost me 80 quid annight, which is a tad annoying. oh well. I'm working with Joff to try and think up ideas for shag week, so if anyone has any that they think will be less gimicky and appeal more to student, let me know. plus, if anyone wants a cutless i have now unfortunatly given the last few away, so sos about that. feel free to write for our cretive piece, the lj will be "writers_grimm".

I have a cold. Lou's birthday was fun, and she now has a large gun. I have recently come to realise that I haven't written anything for ages, and have only just finished my uni work, having done tones for the MA season. i'm thinking of putting on another show with the same crew plus melissa, a grade a producer i've been working with, next year, term one or two. I feel like I haven't seen anyone for ages, and i'm planning to do something aobut this at some point along the lines of something productive, whereby i will cut out the middlemen and jsut take Peter and Gillian to london. everyone esle will be doeing something else. I reacently realised that i talk to people i really dislike far too much and people i really like not enough. i now feel like Bilbo. with good reason.

Everyone go see Rosencrantz and Guildenstern on Tuesday. i've been every night, and i think whoever put it on has a really great cast who are really great. ahem. ;D
I ahve neglected a) my mates, b) my lj and c) my work (in order of importance) while doing this thing, for which i apologise. while i'm sure it's been a nice breather for all of you, be assured i'll be back with a vengence..(that's a saying, isn't it)..oh and i'll stop quoting the play like that. quite so much. miss you guys,

hey guys. i, as the title says, am ill. despite having the worlds greatest nursemaid, i'm still feeling very bad, so t would really help if whoever is before me tomorrow with susanna could back up the email i'm atteptming to send her with a quick "btw, james is busy throwing up and is sorry he can't be here". that's the person at 3.30 or four, i can't remember which. thank you very much guys. *looks for susanna's email address*

my phone seems to be working again. thank god for internet phone sites having the required bits. why is that my phone runs out of credit/battery/stops completely causeing my dad and i (or is it i and my dad? either way) to rip it's guts out and figure out what was wrong...and then everyone wants to call you. i think i should fake it next time for the popularity. fairly fun.
spent friday talking to anna and playing inappropriately blokish games, whihc she seems to take to suprisingly well. ah well :). got home, had shower, turned on back to the future and looked at marty mcfly. realised that i still had in the bottom of my cupboard as much denim as he wears. raided my dad for a check shirt to tuck into the jeans, and i was set. overall a cool night, fairly good music - they played "you can call me al!" and everyone but the writers group knew it! i was embarressed for my friends, and hope that if patrick had come, he at least would have rekcognised the true greatness. while everone else was dancing like loons when the song came on, the prize has to go to Katy and pete, for their sterling work in acting like mental patients on speed in response to ghostbusters. the musci in general was fairly fun and light, lacking as it did any r and b. spent the rest of the night drinking and dancing, being hot in tw 20's and wandering around having fun. i also have to find out;
-if jo can really dance in a pair or if she just can't in a union situation,
-just what happened to peter,
-why my hair is worse than anyone else's (which seems to have become establisheed fact afer, if not also before last night - and no, nobody needs to say get a hair cut again. really. just resist the urge, bet you can't. bet you),
-why some people just make no effort and really have no excuse *tries not to send a hard look gillian's way. fails. sends a hard look gillian's way*,
-why union nights tend to end up with either myself or Katy, or both, having a halo,
-what the hell happened to tom since i couldn't see him tehre at all,
-why my cast all appeared despite me never having seen most of them before in my life and having the same conversation with them (handy though it is to have a mate behind the bar)
-why i suddenly decided to be even more annoying than ever, which took some doing.
today i had work. at ten. and got up. at eight. enough said, really.

Well, at least I’m still alive. although my outward image at this point might seem to disagree with this statement. i seem to have been doing things all weekend without actually doing anything. firday - didn't get up for lectures after a Thursday of drinking far too much. it was at that critical stage at 7.30, where it was a choice between getting up and jumping in the shower, or surrendering to my protesting intestines and turning over. i thought happy thoughts and went back to sleep. by the time i got up and was sorting something on ebay for my dad, it was ten to twelve, so i then missed the fun part of writing i.e. prose -
N.B., it seems whenever i'm not in the room Dell takes a few valium and some zanex, since Pete held forth for at least ten minutes about the happiness of Dell in the lesson, the importance of lessons to your education and teh need for good work today and tomorrow morning for a presentation i have in the afternoon. i now firmly believe that a) Dell's lessons without me in them seem to be better for all concerned and that b) Peter is becoming Katy.
( Confessions of a dangerous mind, or what we did friday night )
Saturday I’d rather not talk about. Getting up that early to go to work miles away with a phone that isn't working so you can't tell the time and then helping screaming kids with two day's worth of hangover backing up at you...is not fun.
Today I’ve got presentations, audition plans and travel to work out, and tomorrow i've got poetry 4-6, auditions 6-1030/11 and oceana 11-end. it's gonna be fun, but i'm going to die on tuesday. or at least i would, if i didn't have things to do. oh the tiredness of
me.
i leave you with something that is in fact the most sincere form of ripping something off. nice one Mark.
